You like being in this world. You love having experiences as a human being. Your life here on earth makes sense. Then you are one of the people I envy in my weak hours and whom I can only congratulate in my generous moments.
The exhausted ones
You feel shaken, lost, dissatisfied. You’ve tried a lot of things and seem to be going round in circles. You know you can’t go on like this. And you ask yourself: Where is the exit here? It’s probably not where you think it is. The only way out is through. Yes, right through the Bullsh*t – that’s what it looks like. And when you’ve tried every other way, I’ll be waiting for you right here.
The inescapable ones
Your inner drive in search of what’s really going on here, is so strong that everything else fades into the background. You have no choice but to turn over every stone and dedicate your life to this question. Is this you? Then I have nothing to tell you that you don’t already know. What is Bullsh*t?
Bullsh*t is everything you have accumulated over the course of your life in terms of ideas and perceptions about yourself and the world.
On the one hand, there is the stinking Bullsh*t that we would all like to get rid of. These are the layers of unconscious beliefs and conditioned behaviors, repressed feelings and energies in the body.
Not to mention the shiny Bullsh*t we’d secretly love to keep. These are all the ideas about you as a spiritual person. All the things you’ve already achieved, how much you know and all that blah blah blah. It shines so beautifully, but it’s also Bullsh*t.
When do I need support with my Bullsh*t?
Sooner or later it hits everyone. For some, it’s not until their last breath, then all the Bullsh*t falls away
Some people are like me, they can’t help but turn over every stone. Some stones are big and heavy and if you need a helping hand, let me know.
Otherwise, I’ll hold the fort for you and be there when you’re ready. I pick people up when life has boiled them soft. Without hope, ready for the unfiltered, raw life. Sometimes a little earlier – depending on when it calls you.
What do I need to bring?
First and foremost, non-negotiable: Your willingness to fully open up to your Bullsh*t. You will need this willingness when things get uncomfortable or challenging on the surface. It will align you and give you strength.

To work with me, it is important that you are emotionally and mentally stable. My work is trauma-informed. However, I am not a therapist. If you are currently undergoing therapeutic treatment or are unsure, please talk to your doctor, alternative practitioner or other counselor beforehand.
What can I expect from you?
The short version: There is usually a specific life situation from which we approach the matter. It is only the gateway. It is not about actively solving or changing anything.
What it is about: Complete allowing, radical surrender and unconditional love. I hold the space for you and this sacred process of transformation.
Why can you of all people help me with my Bullsh*t?
Because I’ve been full of Bullsh*t myself (especially the shiny kind) and have spent decades in the shadows rather than the light. I am at home in the dark corners of the human condition and know first-hand the subtle tricks of self-deception.
Last but not least, I have a gift: I can recognize the Bullsh*t in others. It’s like a built-in sensor that sounds the alarm. Fortunately, life has honed me long enough to be a honest and benevolent mirror for you. You can read exactly how this has worked out in my life here.
Are there risks and (side) EFFECTS?
For sure. As soon as you face your Bullsh*t with eyes open, movement comes into your system. Blocked energies can emerge and be released. This realignment can initially cause an “initial aggravation”. You may be more confused and sensitive than usual. A lot of patience and care is required during this time.
However, you will also experience a growing joy and aliveness at the same time. Without Bullsh*t between you and life, what has been here all along, can flow more freely through you again.
Why should I join in this madness?
I don’t think anyone would voluntarily look at their Bullsh*t – even if I promise you that it’s worth it!
Why is it worth it? If you are ready to give up your resistance and welcome everything – what could possibly scare you? And without fear, you are free! Free to be authentic, to live your power, to take your place.
